Position Overview

VuePoint Diagnostics is seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team and play a key role in the continued development of our proprietary healthcare operations platform. This position supports VuePoint's strategy to transition software development from external vendor dependency to internal product ownership, helping establish the platform as a long-term company asset and strategic differentiator.

The Full Stack Developer will work closely with technical business analysts, business stakeholders, and third-party development partners during the transition period. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full application stack, enjoys solving operational challenges, and can build scalable, secure, and user-friendly software solutions in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Design, develop, test, and maintain secure applications across the full technology stack, including front-end, back-end, and database layers.

\n

• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces for modern web applications.

\n

• Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, database integrations, and reusable application components that support future scalability.

\n

• Participate in application architecture, technical design discussions, and platform modernization initiatives.

\n

• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production support incidents.

\n

• Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to improve productivity and code quality.

\n

• Partner with technical business analysts and operational stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

\n

• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives, and feature estimation.

\n

• Design, develop, and execute unit, integration, and automated testing strategies while adhering to secure development practices and healthcare compliance requirements.

\n

• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to maintaining coding standards, application monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.

\n

• Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms including Dialpad, Twilio, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and healthcare-related systems.

\n

• Support AI-enabled functionality, workflow automation, reporting solutions, and data exchange initiatives across the platform.

\n

• Assist with database maintenance, release deployments, technical documentation, and operational procedures.

\n

• All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

\n

• 7+ years of full stack software development experience.

\n

• Experience developing, deploying, and supporting production web applications.

\n

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

\n

• Experience partnering directly with business stakeholders, product teams, and operational leaders.

\n

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

\n

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

\n

Technical Requirements

\n
• Front-End Technologies JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.

\n

• Back-End Technologies .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs, API design and integration, authentication, and authorization frameworks.

\n

• Microsoft SQL Server, SQL query optimization, data modeling, and code-first database design.

\n

• Cloud & DevOps Microsoft Azure, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Git source control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in healthcare, healthcare operations, or HIPAA-regulated environments.

\n

• Experience building and supporting SaaS platforms.

\n

• Knowledge of AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, automation tools, and intelligent workflow solutions.

\n

• Experience with Azure Application Insights, monitoring tools, and observability platforms.

\n

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and broader Microsoft ecosystem integrations.
