Job Description
- We are seeking a Geospatial Senior Engineer for an Executive Support Role.
- As a trusted technology partner to our executive team and key stakeholders, you will provide both proactive and reactive support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and software applications.
- Your goal is to ensure seamless technology experiences, enabling executives to work productively without technical disruptions.
- This role will directly report to Client Manager for day-to-day deliverables where this role is highly visible role supporting Directors, VPs and the C Suite.

Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to executives and VIPs, ensuring prompt and efficient issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Configure, install, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage and support software applications, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
- Deliver user training and guidance on new technologies and applications.
- Support Microsoft technologies including Office365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support interactions and resolutions.
- Proactively identify and address potential technical issues. Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.
- Stay urrent with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar technical support role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of PC hardware/software, including Windows, macOS, and mobile OS.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Meetings and conferencing equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with executives.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of customer service orientation.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing System is a plus.
