A Day in the Life of the Health Plan Configuration Analyst
\n
In this role, you'll build and refine plan structures within the WLT adjudication system, set up new groups, and establish vendor connections that keep everything running smoothly. You'll maintain system tables, load fee schedules, calculate DRG pricing, and troubleshoot claim issues as they arise. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help translate client needs into accurate, compliant health plans that make a real difference for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities include:

- Creating and refining plan structures in the WLT adjudication system
- Setting up new groups and establishing vendor connections
- Updating existing plans and maintaining system tables
- Loading fee schedules and calculating DRG pricing
- Resolving claim processing issues
- Auditing plan designs and reporting system errors
- Collaborating with internal departments to interpret client needs and ensure compliance

Requirements and Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- Prior experience with medical insurance or with a third-party administrator
- Prior experience with plan building and a health plan claims system
- Experience handling multiple customer accounts, plans, or client-specific configurations at once
- Ability to troubleshoot claim processing issues
- Experience reading and interpreting a full health plan document
- Ability to collaborate across multiple internal departments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail preferred
