Job DescriptionWe are looking for an HRIS Compliance Coordinator to support personnel record accuracy and compliance readiness for a home health organization in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, document-intensive environment and can manage sensitive employee information with precision and discretion. The role centers on auditing files, tracking required credentials and trainings, and maintaining complete records within HR systems to support ongoing compliance needs.

Responsibilities:
• Review employee and contractor records to identify missing, expired, or incomplete compliance documentation and follow through to resolve gaps.
• Monitor items such as licenses, insurance records, required certifications, annual education, and core demographic details to keep files current and audit-ready.
• Communicate with caregivers, staff members, and internal partners to collect updated documents and confirm that all compliance requirements are satisfied.
• Maintain and organize electronic personnel files within the HRIS, ensuring records are entered accurately and stored in a consistent manner.
• Support the conversion of paper-based personnel documentation into digital files to improve record accessibility and completeness.
• Perform regular quality checks on high-volume employee data and documents to reduce errors and strengthen reporting accuracy.
• Handle confidential HR information in accordance with privacy expectations and secure document management practices.
• Partner with HR and operational teams to help prepare for internal or external compliance reviews and address documentation deficiencies promptly.• At least 2 years of experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a similar personnel records role.
• Hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms and electronic employee file management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive, document-heavy tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to track multiple deadlines and maintain organized follow-up on outstanding compliance items.
• Sound judgment and discretion when working with sensitive employee and organizational information.
• Proficiency with HRIS-related processes, including data review, record maintenance, and system-based documentation updates.
• Prior experience in healthcare, home health, or a regulated environment is preferred.
• Willingness to complete applicable pre-employment requirements, which may include fingerprinting, TB testing, and background screening.
