Role
\n
• Onsite initially, 1-2 hybrid days once established
\n
• IT Support with a defined path into Systems Administrator
\n
• Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams
\n
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and barcode scanners
\n
• Handle tickets and resolve most day-to-day issues independently
\n
• Work with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Entra ID, VPN and WiFi
\n
• Take on more responsibilities over time to grow into a Systems Administrator role
\n
• Provide occasional after-hours support for planned maintenance and critical incidents, with comp time
\n
\n
Required
\n
• Professional IT support
\n
• Reliable with great communication skills
\n
• Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams
\n
• Working knowledge of Active Directory
\n
• Ability to handle day-to-day issues with little supervision
\n
• Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility
\n
• Ability to pass a background check
\n
\n
Preferred
\n
• Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune
\n
• Hybrid Active Directory / Microsoft 365
\n
• UniFi or similar network platforms, firewalls and VPN
\n
• Server experience (Hyper-V, backup and recovery) or interest in developing it
\n
• PowerShell or other scripting and automation
\n
• Manufacturing or plant-floor IT experience
\n
• German language skills are a strong plus
