Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee multiple roofing installation and repair projects for government and commercial properties. This role involves managing all phases of construction projects—from pre-construction planning through completion—while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate will be skilled in resource planning, budgeting, risk management, and team leadership.
Ideal Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial roofing and project management, preferably with government or public sector projects.
- OSHA 30, EM 385 1-1, and CQM certifications strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of government contracting regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Experience with commercial roofing systems (single-ply, standing-seam, asphalt, cold/hot applied, metal) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to forecast based on financial data.
- Proficiency with project management and cost software (Procore experience preferred).
