Job Title: Project Coordinator – Full Time
Reports to: Director of IT

FLSA: Exempt (not eligible for overtime)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to support IT projects, manufacturing operations, and sales coordination initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, strong communication, and on-time delivery of key projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day coordination of IT, manufacturing, and sales projects
- Organize project timelines, milestones, and status reporting
- Serve as a communication bridge between sales, operations, and leadership teams
- Ensure delivery deadlines are met and escalations are proactively addressed
- Assist with documentation, scheduling, and project tracking
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with productivity and project tracking software
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to iPad software or application development
- Experience coordinating with outside consultants or third-party developers
- Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or IT project coordination
- Data reporting and analytical skills
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time based in Federal Way, WA
- Primarily on-site collaboration across teams
