Position Overview
The Senior Electrical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing electrical engineering projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems in manufacturing settings and project management principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Review and approve project designs, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee project execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in electrical project management or combination as an electrical engineer.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects specifically: Power Distribution Systems, Power Generation Systems, Data Centers, SubStations, MCC Motorcontrol Centers
- Expertise in Low Voltage and Medium Voltage
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards
- A plus if you have worked in a manufacturing setting, maintaining ISO9001 standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with LNG, Co2 Liquefaction a Plus!
