Senior Project Manager - Physical Security Data Center Installations

Job Description

Industry leader are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to manage data center physical security system installations. Key responsibilities will include:

\n
• Manage enterprise security installation projects.

\n

• Confer with senior management, supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.

\n

• Schedule the project in logical steps to budget enough time required to meet deadlines.

\n

• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to project locations.

\n

• Direct and supervise other Project Managers and workers including delegating responsibilities to Laborers, Technicians, and Electricians.

\n

• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.

\n

• Budget and margin, forecasting etc.

\n

• Interface with engineering team to ensure design efficiency.

\n

• QA/QC - own installation quality.

\n

• Interface with internal and external customers.

\n

• Read blueprints, schematics, and statements of work (SOW).

\n

• Coordinate with field personnel and/or engineering team to discuss any potential installation issues.

\n

• Have good working knowledge and experience with Access Control and VMS/CCTV systems (Lenel, Software House, S2, Avigilon, Genetec, AMAG, Bosch etc.)
