Job DescriptionImmediate need for a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our team. In this role, you will work on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks for our business of 25 users. You will be a one-person show. This role is the only IT support tole in the organization so we need a dependable and talented individual to set us up for success. We are fully in office. Some overtime and travel required.
Essential Job Functions
• Install and configure software and computer systems, including migrating users to new systems such as Office 365 - this is a must
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
• Must have experience with MacOS.
-Offering white glove support
• Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
• Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
• Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business.
IT Support Requirements and Qualifications
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
• Certifications are preferred, but not required.
• Must be proficient in a mixed computing environment that uses MacOS, Windows, and iOS.
• Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
