We are looking for an IT & Facilities Lead with 5-8 years of experience to be the first dedicated owner of our technology and workplace experience. You should be a high-agency, resourceful individual who enjoys owning problems end-to-end, from deep technical work to hands-on execution. As our company's growth accelerates, you will be crucial in building the secure and efficient internal foundation we need to scale.

What will you be doing?

- Own identity, access management (SSO), and endpoint security to close existing gaps.
- Establish and document IT and security controls to get the company SOC 2-ready.
- Manage all company assets, SaaS licenses, and vendor relationships to control spend.
- Govern the use of AI tools and create policies to ensure security and compliance.
- Run day-to-day office operations, including IT help-desk support, and manage the workplace environment.

Qualifications

- 5 - 8 years of experience in IT/systems administration at a fast- growing company
- Experience getting a company SOC 2 ready

The salary for this position is between $130-175k
