About the Position / Current Initiatives: Projects include building an automated AI-driven weekly insights platform, expanding transcript analytics, and workforce management scenario modeling.

About the Team Structure + Culture: Team consists of three AD organizations focused on Proactive Insights, Transcript/NLP & Prompt Engineering, and Workforce Management & Scenario Modeling. High-priority initiatives with expectations to deliver initial scenarios before the end of 2026.

Position Summary: The team aims to onboard 3-4 resources initially, with potential expansion to 6, focusing on projects such as building an automated AI-driven weekly insights platform, expanding transcript analytics, and workforce management scenario modeling. The role involves working within three AD organizations focused on Proactive Insights, Transcript/NLP & Prompt Engineering, and Workforce Management & Scenario Modeling.
