We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and support solutions across ITSM, CMDB, TPRM, IRM, and GRC. This role will help optimize the ServiceNow platform, deliver scalable workflows, and support effective governance, risk, and compliance operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, TPRM, IRM, and GRC.
- Design workflows, forms, business rules, scripts, integrations, and platform enhancements.
- Support configuration and optimization of ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain data quality, platform performance, security, and compliance.
- Test, troubleshoot, document, and deploy ServiceNow changes.
- Provide ongoing platform support and resolve technical issues.
