• Lead business process discovery workshops covering:

o Equipment acquisition
\n
o Equipment deployment
\n
o Equipment utilization tracking

o Fleet maintenance
\n
o Equipment retirement and disposal
\n
• Design fleet management processes supporting owned, leased, and rented equipment.
\n
• Define equipment master data, classifications, hierarchies, locations, and ownership structures.
\n
• Configure and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
\n
• Implement equipment utilization and availability monitoring.
\n
Equipment P&L Management
\n
• Define and implement Equipment P&L reporting framework.
\n
• Track:
\n
o Ownership costs
\n
o Depreciation costs
\n
o Maintenance expenses
\n
o Fuel consumption costs
\n
o Rental expenses
\n
o Operator costs
\n
o Utilization revenue recovery
\n
• Create profitability models at:

o Asset level

• Design equipment cost recovery and chargeback mechanisms.

Asset Lifecycle Management

• Define end-to-end asset lifecycle processes covering:

• Integrate Oracle Fixed Assets and equipment operations.

• Configure depreciation and asset accounting requirements.

• Establish asset performance and lifecycle KPIs.

Project Cost Integration
\n
• Design integration between equipment operations and Oracle Fusion PPM.
\n
• Ensure equipment usage costs are automatically charged to projects.
\n
• Configure:

\n
• Enable visibility of:

\n

Integration & Data Management

• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate:

• Define equipment migration strategy from legacy systems.
\n
• Ensure data quality and governance across fleet operations.

Reporting & Analytics

• Design executive dashboards for:

o Equipment Utilization %

o Fleet Availability %
\n
o Fleet Maintenance Backlog
\n
o Equipment ROI
\n
o Equipment P&L
\n
o Project Equipment Cost Analysis
\n
• Support OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI and Oracle Analytics reporting requirements.
\n
Preferred Qualifications
\n
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification.
\n
• Experience implementing equipment costing and project integration models.
\n
• Knowledge of telematics platforms such as Caterpillar VisionLink, Verizon Connect, Geotab, Samsara, or similar.
\n
• Prior experience with EPC, Utility Construction or Infrastructure organizations.
\n
• Understanding of equipment ROI and fleet optimization frameworks.
