Senior Project Manager / Project Executive – Data Center Construction

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Executive to lead major mission-critical data center construction projects in West Texas. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of construction experience, including significant experience working for a General Contractor and delivering large-scale data center projects from planning through completion.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire job site, onsite project team, contractors, schedule, budget, and overall project execution. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills are critical, as this individual will oversee teams of 40–50+ personnel and work closely with owners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall construction execution for large-scale mission-critical data center projects.

\n

• Oversee onsite project teams of 40–50+ personnel.

\n

• Manage project schedule, budget, scope, quality, and safety.

\n

• Coordinate GC operations, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.

\n

• Provide senior-level leadership throughout planning, construction, commissioning, and closeout.

\n

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

\n

• Manage project risks, changes, schedule impacts, and critical issues.

\n

• Serve as a key point of contact for the owner and project stakeholders.

\n

• Lead meetings, reporting, forecasting, and overall project strategy.

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 15+ years of construction experience.

\n

• Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or similar senior leadership role.

\n

• Proven experience delivering large-scale data center / mission-critical projects.

\n

• Strong General Contractor (GC) background.

\n

• Experience managing large onsite teams of 40–50+ personnel.

\n

• Demonstrated success delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

\n

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

\n

• Experience with 15 MW–210 MW data center projects is highly preferred.

\n

• Ability to work onsite in West Texas for the duration of the project.
