Job Description
We’re seeking a Bilingual Scrum Master with experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of technology and Agile practices in Colleyville, TX. This role bridges the gap between construction operations and tech development teams, supporting the deployment and scaling of internal software applications. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, tech-savvy, and skilled at leading cross-functional teams through Agile workflows.
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification</li>
<li>Experience as a Scrum Master in construction or technology environments</li>
<li>Strong understanding of software development, coding, and deployment</li>
<li>Familiarity with front-end and back-end development teams</li>
<li>Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)</li>
<li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills</li>
<li>Bilingual in Spanish</li>

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
