Position: UAT Tester

Address: Wilmington DE

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) Mon, Tues are remote
\n
Duration: 12 Months
\n
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
\n
\n
This role is primarily back-end validation:
\n
• Execute business scenarios in a UAT environment
\n
• Understand business requirements and intent
\n
• Create/refine test approach and test plan
\n
• Document test case execution, results, defects (detailed)
\n
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify questions and provide testing status
\n
• Maintain testing artifacts properly
\n
• Reconcile results across tests/groups
\n
• Support process improvements and testing readiness milestones with UAT Lead/Manager
\n
\n
Important: No UI validation focus.
\n
\n

• Advanced SQL (complex queries)

• qTest / JIRA / Confluence (if applicable)

• Advanced SQL (must be able to write complex queries)

• Backend Validation
\n
• UAT / User Acceptance Testing experience (hands-on execution + documentation) – BACKEND VALIDATION IS A MUST

• Strong documentation of test cases, test execution, defects
