A leading client of ours on Indy's North side is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and results-driven Scrum Master to support Agile development teams in delivering high-quality technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent facilitation and communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery.
- Partner with Product Owners, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives.
- Track and communicate Agile metrics, including sprint velocity, burndown charts, and team performance indicators.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team environment.
- Support sprint planning, capacity management, and delivery forecasting.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, team effectiveness, and overall delivery performance.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Promote Agile best practices while adapting approaches to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications
\n

- 3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex team dynamics.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred Qualifications

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
- Experience working in enterprise IT or software development environments.
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile scaling methodologies.
- Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams.
- Knowledge of Agile metrics, reporting, and delivery optimization.
