The Opportunity

Stable10 are working with a growing NetSuite consultancy to appoint an experienced NetSuite Solution Architect.
\n
The company supports mid-market and enterprise organizations across NetSuite implementations, optimizations, integrations and managed services. It has developed a strong reputation for providing consultative, tailored solutions and helping clients improve NetSuite environments that have not delivered the expected results.
\n
This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role with a strong focus on functional architecture and client-facing delivery. You will work directly with financial and operational stakeholders to understand their business processes and translate complex requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.

Responsibilities

- Lead client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions
- Own the functional architecture and design of NetSuite solutions
- Translate financial and operational requirements into practical system designs
- Present recommendations to CFOs, operational leaders and other senior stakeholders
- Design solutions across inventory, manufacturing, distribution and financial processes
- Produce clear functional design documents and delivery frameworks
- Support both new NetSuite implementations and existing client environments
- Provide guidance to functional consultants delivering repeatable configuration work
- Collaborate with developers and integration specialists on technical requirements
- Identify project risks and recommend solutions before they affect delivery
- Support workflows, customizations and integration scoping where required
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Required Experience
\n
- \n
- Strong NetSuite functional architecture or senior consulting experience
- Experience independently leading discovery and solution-design activities
- Deep understanding of NetSuite inventory and operational processes
- Previous experience within manufacturing or wholesale distribution
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Ability to communicate with both finance and operational stakeholders
- Experience designing scalable solutions rather than simply documenting requirements
- Ability to manage client conversations and solution decisions with minimal oversight
- Strong written documentation and communication skills
- A collaborative, accountable and down-to-earth working style

Candidate Profile
\n
This opportunity would suit an established NetSuite Solution Architect or a Senior Functional Consultant who is already operating at an architectural level and is ready to take the next step.
\n
You should be comfortable taking ownership of complex requirements, leading senior client conversations and working independently once familiar with the company’s delivery approach. You will also need to be flexible enough to support new implementations, optimization projects and managed-services engagements according to client demand.

The company has established delivery processes and documentation standards, so the successful person will be expected to adopt these while contributing ideas and improvements collaboratively.
