Amazon Connect Developer-W2
Location: Woodlawn, MD | Onsite 5 days/week
Interview: In-person interview required
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience working with large enterprise frameworks
- 7+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience
- 3+ years of experience with Node.js, Python, or Java
- 3+ years of experience designing call routing and messaging
- Strong AWS Cloud and Amazon Connect development experience
- Extensive experience with IVR, ACD, skill-based routing, and live chat
- Experience gathering, reviewing, and documenting requirements
- Experience creating process-flow documentation
- Experience with Lambda, Lex, conversational bots/NLP, Kinesis Streams, Glue, VPC, SNS, AppSync, EventBridge, Kinesis Firehose, DynamoDB Streams, Service Catalog, and Kinesis Data Analytics
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Prior federal government experience
- Experience working independently and within team environments
- Strong understanding of change management and testing practices
- Experience supporting high-availability systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven enterprise environment
