Location: Euless, TX
Pay Rate: $17.00+ per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Work Environment: Warehouse-based repair production
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hands-on PC Hardware Repair Technicians to join a fast-paced warehouse production operation. This position focuses on diagnosing, disassembling, repairing, and rebuilding laptops and desktop computers.
The primary focus is physical hardware repair, component replacement, and equipment testing, rather than office-based IT help desk or software support.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with computer hardware, electronics repair, PC building, or computer refurbishment. Candidates should be comfortable working with their hands, troubleshooting technical issues, and meeting daily productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair physical hardware issues on laptops and desktop computers.
- Disassemble and reassemble computers using hand tools.
- Replace defective components, including screens, keyboards, batteries, RAM, hard drives, and motherboards.
- Perform hardware testing, quality checks, and functionality inspections.
- Identify failed components and determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Complete repairs while meeting daily production and quality expectations.
- Document completed repairs and follow established procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Hands-on experience repairing, building, or replacing computer hardware preferred.
- Understanding of internal computer components and how they function.
- Comfortable using hand tools and performing repetitive, detailed repairs.
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment, not a traditional office setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work efficiently while meeting productivity and quality standards.
- CompTIA A+ Certification is a plus, but not required.
