Tariff Data Entry Analyst
Secaucus, NJ (Onsite)
3 months+ Contract (goes longer as per business need)
About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Tariff Data Entry Analyst to support tariff and trade compliance activities by entering, updating, and validating tariff-related data within the company's OM (Operations Management) tool and ERP systems.
What You Will Do
Enter and maintain tariff, duty, and customs-related data in the OM tool and ERP systems.
Validate data accuracy and completeness against source documents and reports.
Generate and distribute routine reports as requested.
Key Skills Required
Data Entry & Data Validation
Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Experience in ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle etc.) is preferred.
What You Bring
Associate’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field preferred.
Up to 1+ years of experience in data entry or related administrative functions.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
