We’re looking for a skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll take charge of setting up and configuring systems, ensuring smooth software installations, and working closely with clients to make sure every project is a success. What You’ll Do

Configure servers, operating systems, drivers, and project-specific applications.

Install and customize software based on site drawings and network documentation.

Launch and validate project portals to ensure full functionality.

Keep network documentation accurate and up to date throughout the project.

Communicate with project managers to provide progress updates and request support.

Work directly with clients to confirm equipment placement and system requirements.

Validate site performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.

Conduct audits after setup to confirm system stability and compliance.

Train clients on system usage, best practices, and troubleshooting basics.

Prepare final documentation and hand off to the support team.
What We’re Looking For

Experience with IT system setup, server configuration, or software implementation.
