  • Propel, a SaaS-based solution for dynamically generating compliant mortgage disclosures and closing documents.
  • RegCheck, a SaaS-based solution for automating regulatory compliance checks against mortgage loan-level data.
  • Asurity Mortgage Services, together with our affiliate Sandler Law Group, provides outsourced mortgage services for document preparation, loan closing, loss mitigation and recording work, and regulatory expertise.
  • Asurity Advisors, provides a comprehensive suite of regulatory and compliance advisory services to the financial services industry.

Asurity is seeking an Implementation Director.


The Implementation Director( “Director”) will be responsible for managing all new client onboarding to Propel and RegCheck as well as leading all partner implementations. This responsibility extends to ensuring project objectives and deadlines are met.


Key Responsibilities


Define and Deploy New Implementation Methods and Procedures- The Director will introduce formal software onboarding and implementation methodology to the Propel and RegCheck product teams, to include Sales, Customer Success, and Development teams, to ensure an effective and efficient customer or partner experience.

  • New disciplines must be adhered to in order to meet contractual deadlines and effectively coordinate with product teams to work within a two-week sprint structure. Define and put in place repeatable processes - to create consistency and predictability.
  • Ensure staff learn and adhere to new standards.
  • Lead and be able to perform newly established procedures when needed on strategic initiatives or onboarding projects.

Partner with Sales and Product Management- The Director will support the Sales and Product Teams to ensure a seamless onboarding or implementation experience for the Customer or Business Partner.

  • The Director will support the Sales team as needed, ensuring they are trained on the products and clearly able to demonstrate features and functionality. In addition, the Director will be expected to participate with pre-onboarding activities for strategic prospects.
  • The Director will coordinate all implementation efforts with the Product Manager ensuring the product roadmap sprint cycles are respected.
  • The Director will travel as needed to ensure Customer Success.

Manage LOS Integrations- The Director will act as the primary point of contact to manage all Propel and RegCheck integrations with LOS partners.

  • Manage Asurity's efforts to complete the integrations, stepping into detail as necessary throughout the process to move it along.
  • Monitor existing integration partners and respected releases to identify and create enhancement requests to Asurity product offerings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Identify and establish procedures and timelines for effective onboarding.
  • Evaluate and assess current team and staffing requirements.
  • Develop a process to determine if integration enhancements are warranted.
  • Become efficient in both Propel and RegCheck Best Practices for implementation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years; mortgage and/or lending software experience a plus

  • Location: Remote, Occasional On-site
  • Work Hours: Full Time
  • Travel: Expect some travel
  • Team/Collaboration: Director must effectively work in a team environment

  • Performance in role will be actively reviewed and discussed, and potential areas for scope expansion and/or new opportunity identified.
  • Subject to mutual agreement, the duties of the role can be modified and new/additional objective defined.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: 135k-145k
  • Benefits: Full benefit package for Full-time employees
