<p>We are seeking a Community Manager&nbsp;to become a part of our team!&nbsp;You&nbsp;will help manage and oversee this new development.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee and manage leasing office (rent collection, bill payment,)</li>
<li>Oversee and handle&nbsp;preventative maintenance</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve resident inquiries</li>
<li>Update and improve properties to increase return on investment</li>
<li>Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed timely</li>
<li>Enforce company policies and procedures</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in property management or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with multi-family housing</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with tenants</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication&nbsp;skills</li>
<li>Experience with AppFolio</li>
<li>Experience and knowledge&nbsp;with preventative maintenance (plumbing/electrical/painting)</li>
