Title: IMS / Manufacturing Systems Analyst

Duration: 12 Months Contract (Only W2)

Location: Glendale, AZ, 85301

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite)

Work Environment: 24x7 manufacturing facility

• Some evenings/weekend support may be required
• Limited remote/flexible work location may be discussed after first 6 months
• Little to no overtime forecasted

Role Overview

The Analyst will support Integrated Manufacturing Systems (IMS) through system support, solution delivery, application development, and operational troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analyst support for IMS / Manufacturing systems and solution delivery.
• Support Integrated Manufacturing Systems (IMS), MES platforms, MS SQL solutions including SSRS and SSAS.
• Ensure physical and cyber security of internal IT systems by monitoring risks and implementing approved fixes.
• Develop, test, support, and implement hardware and software solutions aligned with business needs.
• Assist with deployment, management, and support of manufacturing software and hardware solutions.
• Work with internal customers to gather and define system requirements.
• Review and respond to documented issues related to system changes.
• Provide oversight for contracted/external development work.
• Monitor solution quality to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex application or IT issues impacting business operations.
• Utilize software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes when required.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in MS SQL Server, including:
• Complex queries
• Views
• Triggers
• Stored Procedures
• SSRS
• SSIS
• Strong knowledge of development technologies:
• .NET
• ASP
• C++
• C#
• Ability to independently develop, test, troubleshoot, and document system requirements.
• Strong communication skills with leadership and internal customers.
• Ability to estimate effort and timelines accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience gathering requirements directly from end users.

Desired Skills

• Mobile Device Management (MDM) for Android tablet solutions (Zebra preferred).
• Experience with:
• MES (Camstar / Opcenter)
• Supply Chain systems (SAP S4)
• PAC or similar systems.
• Manufacturing experience supporting production IT systems (hardware and software).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related discipline preferred (not required).
• Minimum 3+ years of practical industry experience.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
