Role Summary

\tWe are seeking an experienced Network Engineering Manager to lead the architecture and operational governance of enterprise-grade network infrastructure. This role focuses on driving global SD-WAN standards, managing hybrid/multi-cloud networking across AWS and Azure, and implementing robust Network Access Control (NAC) strategies. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams while ensuring network performance, security, and scalability.
\tResponsibilities
\tLead global SD-WAN architecture, defining standards for topology, routing, resiliency, and application-aware traffic steering.
\tDrive Network Access Control (NAC) strategy using Cisco ISE, aligning with Zero Trust principles for secure device onboarding.
\tDesign and govern hybrid/multi-cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments.
\tEstablish global hub-and-spoke and transit architectures to balance scalability and resiliency.
\tDefine and implement enterprise segmentation across campus, data center, and cloud environments, including VPC/VNet design and IP addressing.
\tOversee cloud contact center solutions (Zoom Phone, SIP call flows), managing provisioning, call flows, and reporting.
\tCollaborate with security and infrastructure teams to support disaster recovery and compliance.
\tProvide technical oversight, resolve complex issues, and mentor engineering teams to enhance operational maturity.
\tRequired Skills
\tNetwork Engineering Expertise: 10+ years of experience in enterprise network architecture and design.
\tSD-WAN: Specialized experience in Palo Alto ION SD-WAN platforms and global architecture models.
\tCisco Routing & Switching: Deep expertise in Cisco switches, routers, and complex BGP routing environments.
\tCisco ISE: Strong proficiency in Cisco ISE for NAC, including 802.1X and MAB authentication models.
\tCloud Networking: Proven expertise in AWS (Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Route 53) and Azure (ExpressRoute, VNet Gateway).
\tNetwork Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and define operational standards.
\tNice-to-Have Skills
\tVoice Networking: Experience with Zoom Phone and SIP call flows.
\tCertifications: Active industry certifications (CCNP/CCIE or Cloud certifications) are preferred.
