Employment Type: W2 Contract via Staffing AgencyPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and versatile Associate Talent Development Specialist to join our HR team during a major transformation initiative. This role offers comprehensive exposure to HR operations while contributing to critical learning and development programs. You'll support various projects and gain valuable experience in talent development within a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities
- Learning Program Management: Provide administrative and technical support for learning activities, performance processes, and development programs
- Portfolio Coordination: Manage portfolio of learning experiences including classes and simulations, handling coordination, communication, registration, and post-experience evaluations
- Program Development: Participate in the creation and execution of development programs and team-building events
- Data Analysis: Report on pre-established workforce metrics and identify potential explanations for data trends
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain vendor relationships to support learning initiatives
- Cross-Functional Support: Work comfortably with all levels and areas of the organization to deliver HR services
- Project Assistance: Support various HR transformation projects and initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's in Industrial Organizational Psychology or related field preferred)
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in HR or talent development
- Knowledge of HR processes including succession planning and performance management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred
- Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels and departments
