Trio Home Group is looking for a motivated, organized, and sales-driven Sales & E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing team. We develop and sell home, kitchen, bath, and organization products to major retailers and online marketplaces.
This is a hands-on role combining sales, buyer outreach, email communication, e-commerce, and account development. We are looking for someone who is comfortable reaching out to customers, following up consistently, and helping grow both our retail and online business.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to new and existing retail buyers by email and phone
- Follow up on leads, product submissions, pricing, and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers and retail accounts
- Send product catalogs, presentations, pricing, and new-item introductions
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential customers
- Assist with managing and growing e-commerce marketplace accounts
- Create, update, and optimize online product listings
- Monitor online sales, pricing, promotions, inventory, and product performance
- Help coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns
- Maintain organized customer, buyer, and sales information
- Work closely with our product and design teams to bring new products to market
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, e-commerce, account management, or a related role preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with email outreach and following up with customers
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, or other online marketplaces is a plus
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Interest in consumer products, housewares, home, kitchen, or retail is a plus
