Job Description
We're looking for a motivated Tech Assistant to join our team and help keep operations running smoothly. This role is a great entry point for someone with basic mechanical skills who wants to grow into a full technician position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash & Clean equipment to maintain a professional, ready-touse appearance
- Assist with equipment preparation and basic inspections
- Organize the yard and maintain a safe, efficient workspace
- Help customers load equipment and ensure proper handling
- support technicians with general shop tasks
- Run part going to the part house or to someone out in the field
What We're Looking For:
- Basic mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience
- strong work ethis and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Desire to grow into a technical/mechanic role
- Valid Drivers License
