Our client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their HR Reporting & Analytics team. This role will focus on analyzing HR and recruiting data, building reports and dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data
- Build and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines
- Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to identify reporting needs
- Translate data findings into meaningful business insights and recommendations
- Lead multiple analytics initiatives while managing competing priorities
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting solutions

Requirements:
\n

- 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Analytics role
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- SQL
- Power BI
- Python
- ETL/Data Pipelines
- Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
