POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you an experienced construction leader who desires to lead complex projects, develop project teams, and build lasting client relationships?
\n
\n
We are seeking a Project Executive based in Fort Lauderdale to oversee national design-build projects. Experience in commercial, federal, and/or healthcare construction is required.
\n
\n
This opportunity is for a leader who understands how to bring design, preconstruction, and construction together - from early planning through successful project delivery.
\n
\n
YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
\n
- \n
- Lead multiple projects and project teams, with accountability for financial performance, schedule, quality, and safety.
- Guide design coordination, constructability reviews, budgeting, procurement, and project execution.
- Serve as the senior client contact, aligning expectations and resolving challenges.
- Mentor Project Managers and collaborate with field leadership.
- Manage contracts, forecasting, risk, and resource planning.
- Support business development, proposals, and repeat client relationships.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
\n
- \n
- Proven success as a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager overseeing multiple complex projects.
- Commercial, federal, and/or healthcare construction experience.
- Strong design-build experience and the ability to lead integrated design and construction teams.
- Sound financial judgment, contract knowledge, and proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to work from Fort Lauderdale and travel to projects nationally.
