We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Midwest City, Oklahoma. In this Contract-to-ongoing position, you will play a critical role in supporting program activities, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely deliverables. Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the development of program or project activities.
• Prepare and distribute clear and concise communications regarding project or program updates.
• Monitor project progress and generate detailed reports for leadership and program sponsors.
• Maintain accurate and complete program data, ensuring readiness for submission.
• Analyze databases to verify personnel performance timelines and track program completion.
• Oversee the performance of assigned contract line items (CLINs) to ensure compliance.
• Submit program deliverables accurately and within established deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members under supervision to meet project objectives.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear information exchange.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a focus on finance or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with government or military contracting environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to format, prepare, and review reports in various formats.
• Skilled in analyzing technical data and interpreting government regulations.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including master scheduling and timeline management.
