IT Systems Analyst
Location: Mason, OH – Hybrid; local candidates preferred
Pay rate: $84.96
We are seeking an experienced BA/QA Analyst to support the migration of Call Center, Retail, and Security applications from LDAP to Active Directory. The role combines business analysis, requirements gathering, software testing, data validation, and deployment support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Define and document security roles and access requirements.
- Develop test scenarios, test cases, and testing documentation.
- Perform manual and automated testing throughout the software testing lifecycle.
- Conduct UI, backend/batch, data conversion, and ETL testing.
- Perform black-box and grey-box testing.
- Use SQL queries to validate data and investigate issues.
- Manage test data across multiple testing environments.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.
- Validate application deployments and support post-production activities.
- Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain clear testing, requirements, and project documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis and QA/testing experience.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and elicitation.
- Knowledge of STLC, test design, and test architecture.
- Experience with manual and automated testing.
- Strong SQL/database experience.
- Experience with ETL, data conversion, and backend testing.
- Experience working across multiple test environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Jira and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- LDAP / Active Directory / AD B2C experience.
- Security-role requirements and testing experience.
- Test automation or performance testing experience.
- AI tools for requirements/test-case creation.
- Healthcare or managed vision-care experience.
- Facets application experience.
- Security testing experience.
