- We're looking for an organized, customer-focused BSW Project Manager to drive a step-change in buried service wire installations across multiple states.
- You'll be the link between drop vendors, field crews, and the customer — making sure work lands on time and escalations get resolved fast.

What you'll do:
\n
- \n
- Act as point of contact for customer BSW escalations (jeopardy management)
- Run regular meetings with drop vendors to lift % of drops placed before due date
- Support buried drop tickets across multiple states with 1–4 contractors
- Track progress, remove barriers early, escalate unresolved issues
- Drive exponential growth in buried service wire installations

What you'll bring:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
\n
\n
\n
Advanced Excel skills — must have
\n
- \n
- Customer-centric mindset; ability to juggle multiple permits and priorities under pressure
- Process implementation and strong critical-thinking problem solving

\n
Nice to have:
\n
- \n
- 2–5 years in telecom, construction, engineering, permitting, or project coordination; fiber network build / aerial-underground construction knowledge; vendor management experience; IQGeo or GIS familiarity.
