Chief Advancement Officer | Denver, CO (Hybrid)
We're partnering with a mission-driven organization seeking a Chief Advancement Officer to lead revenue growth, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and organizational advancement efforts.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you'll oversee advancement and finance functions, build high-performing teams, cultivate key stakeholder relationships, and develop strategies that drive sustainable growth and long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising, advancement, and revenue growth strategies.
- Cultivate and secure major gifts, partnerships, sponsorships, and other significant investments.
- Build and lead a high-performing advancement team.
- Develop scalable systems, metrics, forecasting, and accountability processes.
- Partner with executive leadership to align growth initiatives with organizational priorities.
- Provide executive oversight of finance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
This role reports to the CEO and offers some WFH.
- Executive leadership experience in fundraising, business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or other revenue-generating functions.
- Proven success leading teams and delivering measurable growth results.
- Experience securing significant investments, partnerships, contracts, grants, or major gifts.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Ability to influence and lead across complex organizations and stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
