About Us:
We are a fast-growing high-end jewelry production company based in New York, serving corporate, wholesale, and retail clients. As we scale, we are implementing Odoo ERP to streamline our operations—from production and inventory to sales and accounting.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of our Odoo system. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to map workflows, configure modules, integrate with QuickBooks, and ensure a smooth setup tailored to the unique needs of the fine jewelry business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current business workflows across production, inventory, sales, CRM, and accounting.

• Set up and configure Odoo modules relevant to jewelry manufacturing and B2B/B2C sales.

• Customize workflows and dashboards to reflect production processes, order tracking, and quality control.

• Integrate with QuickBooks or other accounting platforms as needed.

• Train internal team members on Odoo usage and best practices.

• Provide documentation and support during testing and post-go-live phases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Odoo ERP setup and customization (v14 or later preferred).

• Background in manufacturing or supply chain, ideally in jewelry, luxury goods, or similar industries.

• Understanding of ERP best practices, accounting flows, and multi-departmental integration.

• Ability to work independently and communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
