We thrive in a welcoming culture within an utterly flat organization focused on our associates' personal and professional goals and aspirations, taking pride in the resulting exceedingly low associate turnover rate. How flat? Nobody with Boarhog has ever or will ever make a living watching other associates do work, so there is no org chart showing presidents and vice presidents and supervisors. We are not a staffing company hustling to place butts in seats, so there are no Boarhog recruiters, as on average we hire about four associates each year. We bring associates aboard with the expectation that they be with Boarhog forever. Our first hire over a dozen years ago is still with us. The company's Managing Member did 21 years on active duty as a SWO in the U.S. Navy before co-founding Boarhog and has always actively engaged in the day-to-day operations, client relations, and growth objectives, and also periodically performs direct on government and commercial contracts. We're Pigs in the Breakfast... with skin-in-the-game, and what's behind the story of our logo. Come join us!
