Hiring: IT Support Technician
Location: Hendersonville, NC
Duration: 6+ Months | Onsite
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Technician with strong hands-on experience in End User Computing, IMACD, hardware/software troubleshooting, and enterprise IT support.
Windows / Microsoft OS & O365
PC/Laptop, Printers, Mobile Devices & AV/Video Conferencing
Windows Imaging/Reimaging & Software Installation
IMACD – Install, Move, Add, Change & Dispose
Asset Inventory & Enterprise Printer Support
Remote Desktop & Client-Side Troubleshooting
A+ / Microsoft / ITIL / CCNA certifications preferred
