Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant / Solution Architect with deep expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and related logistics processes to support a high-profile SAP carve-out initiative.
\n
The consultant will provide both strategic solution architecture and hands-on functional support across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle. The role will focus on identifying and resolving process issues, supporting SAP separation activities, and ensuring business continuity during the carve-out.
\n
The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP SD, pricing, goods movement, inventory management, billing, and settlement processes, along with experience working on complex SAP transformation, carve-out, divestiture, merger, or acquisition projects.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Lead functional architecture and solution design activities for SAP Order-to-Cash processes during the carve-out.
- Analyze existing SAP SD and logistics processes and identify remediation requirements.
- Configure and support SAP SD functionality, including:
- Sales Order Processing
- Pricing and Condition Techniques
- Delivery Processing
- Billing and Invoice Management
- Billing Settlement Management
- Support goods movement and inventory management activities in collaboration with logistics and supply chain teams.
- Perform impact assessments related to organizational, master data, and process changes resulting from the carve-out.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP OTC process and system issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to implement required solutions.
- Support testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, and post-go-live activities.
- Provide functional leadership and SAP best-practice recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document business processes, functional specifications, and solution designs.
- Conduct functional workshops and gather business requirements.

Required Qualifications

- 15+ years of overall SAP experience preferred.
- 10+ years of strong SAP functional consulting experience with a focus on Order-to-Cash.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of:

- Billing
- Billing Settlement Processes
- Experience supporting SAP carve-outs, divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale SAP transformation projects.
- Ability to perform both solution architecture and hands-on configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
