Job Description:
The E-Commerce Digital Specialist will support the management and optimization of product information across multiple retail and E-Commerce platforms. This position is ideal for an early-career professional who is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in E-Commerce, digital operations, data, and consumer products.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal sales and E-Commerce teams to maintain accurate product information, monitor online content, support retailer requirements, and identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain product/SKU information across multiple retailer E-Commerce platforms.
- Update online product details including descriptions, marketing content, product specifications, images, videos, and regulatory information.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure online product information is accurate and complete.
- Maintain internal tracking databases for retailer assortments, product availability, pricing, and compliance requirements.
- Support E-Commerce projects and initiatives for assigned retail accounts.
- Maintain product inventory information within retailer systems and update availability as needed.
- Process online order changes, cancellations, and updated fulfillment timelines.
- Monitor key retailer performance metrics such as delivery performance, order fulfillment, advance shipping notifications, and retailer scorecards.
- Assist with sales reporting, data analysis, and identification of sales trends.
Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of professional experience; E Commerce, tech savvy, eager to learn
- Business, Marketing, Analytics, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or related degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and proofreading skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong overall Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Additional Details:
- Contract assignment is expected to last approximately 6 months, with the opportunity for an extension.
- Target start date is within approximately 2 weeks.
