- $50,000–$60,000 starting salary, based on experience and skill
- Quarterly commission bonus opportunities
- Raises based on performance, not seniority, with reviews at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year

Where You’ll Work
Our office in Campbellsport, WI.
What You’ll Do
- Review plans and specs, perform take-offs, and prepare accurate estimates
- Gather vendor pricing and identify labor, material, and equipment needs
- Build bid proposals, manage multiple deadlines, and track the Bid Docket
- Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth project handoff
What You Need
Required:
- 1+ year of estimating, project coordination, or construction experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to pass a pre-employment screening and background check
Preferred:
- Estimating experience in roofing, sheet metal, or a similar trade
- Construction field experience, including knowing the products and how they go together
- PlanSwift or similar take-off software
- Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
