We have a part-time 20 hour per week position open for a Service Desk level person who can focus on junior level Microsoft 365 Administration work.

The position is 100% remote and the ideal candidate will sit in Sacramento area. Position Summary

Provide part-time operational administration and end-user support across a Microsoft 365 environment.
\n
The position will support Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related Microsoft 365 services.
\n
This is a hands-on operational support position focused on routine Microsoft 365 administration, user and group management, licensing, mailbox administration, device enrollment, authentication support, and troubleshooting common Microsoft 365 issues.

The ideal candidate has practical Microsoft 365 administration experience but does not need to be a senior Microsoft 365 engineer or architect.
