In this role, you'll develop CNC programs, optimize machining processes, support machine installations, and work directly with customers to deliver successful manufacturing solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams while troubleshooting, training customers, and ensuring machines perform to their full potential.

We're looking for candidates with:

- Strong G-code/CNC programming experience
- Strong experience with CAD/CAM software
- Experience working on CNC turning machines
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

What you'll do:
\n
- \n
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for customer applications
- Set up, program, and troubleshoot CNC lathes using G-code
- Create and optimize machining strategies using CAD/CAM software
- Set up, prove out, and debug CNC machines and processes
- Support machine installations, customer acceptance, and training
- Provide technical support to customers both remotely and on-site as needed
