Manager, Responsible Business Data & Systems\n
Overview Lead data, systems, analytics, and reporting initiatives that support sustainability, environmental performance, regulatory compliance, and business decision-making. This role bridges Responsible Business objectives with the technology, data, and insights needed to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Own sustainability and environmental data collection, validation, governance, and reporting
- Manage reporting systems, data platforms, integrations, and process improvements
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analytics, and executive reporting
- Support greenhouse gas accounting, sustainability disclosures, and regulatory reporting
- Establish data governance standards, controls, documentation, and audit readiness
- Drive automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives
- Support customer, investor, and external reporting requirements
- Collaborate across Operations, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders

Qualifications\n
Required
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5–8+ years in data management, reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise applications
- Experience with reporting platforms, Power BI, dashboards, and analytics
- Experience with data governance, data quality, controls, and compliance reporting
- Proven success leading system implementations, reporting transformations, or process improvement initiatives

- Sustainability, ESG, environmental, energy, utility, or regulatory reporting experience
- Knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting and sustainability disclosures

- Experience managing environmental, operational, or regulatory datasets
