We’re hiring: Director of Digital Health

We run AI and automation tools across scheduling, clinical documentation, prior authorization, and revenue cycle. Some of it works well. Some of it we bought and never fully turned on. We are hiring one person to own all of it.
\n
PRINE Health is New York’s largest private nephrology group. More than 200 providers across nephrology, vascular, endocrinology, podiatry, primary care, and infusion. We care for over 5,000 chronic kidney disease patients and 1,000 dialysis patients, and we manage roughly 3,700 lives in active care management. We have signed an enterprise agreement with an AI partner to build a patient engagement agent for our CKD population.

What you will do
\n
- \n
- Own our AI partner relationship and get our patient engagement agent live and growing
- Take responsibility for every AI and digital tool in the building: what we keep, what we scale, what we cut
- Find the places where our data can do more than it is doing, starting with revenue cycle and care management
- Recommend what data infrastructure we actually need, with real numbers, and without gold plating it
- Build the reporting our leadership team runs the business on

What we are looking for
\n
- \n
- 6 or more years in healthcare technology, digital health, or health system operations
- You have walked into a half-finished implementation and finished it
- You have made a vendor deliver
- You have pulled data out of an EHR and know why that is harder than it sounds
- You can build a business case, and you can tell when a proposal is twice as big as the problem
- You can explain a technical tradeoff to a nephrologist in one minute

What this is not
\n
This is not a strategy role. There is no deck to write. There are tools to get working, a vendor to hold accountable, and data sitting unused. If you want to own outcomes, this is the seat.

Compensation
\n
$120,000 to $140,000 base, health and dental, 401k, and paid time off.
\n
