A hospital in Lake Havasu City, AZ is seeking a senior-level Information Technology & Systems Market Director. This is a fully onsite, senior leadership role requiring the candidate to be present at a specific location and able to relocate to the Lake Havasu City area. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
The role. The Market Director will lead IT and systems operations across clinical, operational, and enterprise functions within a healthcare environment. This position is responsible for overseeing multi-site IT operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving strategy across areas including infrastructure, systems, and staff development. Travel of up to 20% is expected.
What we're looking for.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and enterprise teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field required, or 7+ years of direct experience
- At least 3 years in healthcare and multi-site or enterprise environments
- Ability to relocate to the Lake Havasu City area as this is a 100% onsite role
- Preferred: Demonstrated experience with hospital IT operations, EHR systems, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and project management
- Preferred: Experience with multi-site hospital IT operations
- Preferred: Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in healthcare IT
- Preferred: Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and IT staff development
Compensation. $101,000 - $136,000 per year
