Job Description:

About the role – you will:
\n
- \n
- Carry out day-to-day operational and technical support for network services. (Queries from Labs, End user team members, ticket execution via Freshworks etc)
- Maintain updated schematic diagrams for infrastructure and low-level architecture design diagram
- Maintain updated inventory of network devices
- Monitoring network performance, system availability, and reliability
- Installing and configuring network hardware such as Wireless AP, Switches, Phones, Routers across site, Labs, Office and Data Center
- Participate in network implementation projects if required

Required Technical Skills:
\n
- \n
- Knowledge and experience working with Cisco and\or Juniper network equipment
- Familiarity with basic switching and routing such as VLAN, VXLAN, STP, VPC, HSRP, NAT, IPSec, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
- Familiarity with IP communication and routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
- Familiarity with LAN / WAN / WIFI/ Structured Cabling and network equipment such as firewalls, switches, routers, wireless controller, load balancer, Infoblox
- Knowledge in network monitoring tools, automation, packet-level analysis of application and network protocols.

Your Experience Includes:

- Skills in network protocols and technologies, familiarity with network security principles, and experience with networking equipment are highly valued.
- Have a background or study in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
