FlyTru Aviation is urgently hiring an Aircraft Hangar Administrator.

This job is located in our hangar at DW Hooks Airport.

Office Hours: 7AM - 3PM M-F

Aviation experience preferred but not required

Bilingual (Spanish) also helpful

Basic Duties:

Manage parts procurement, and repair orders

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely availability and cost efficiency

Create, process and track repair orders and work orders from initiation through completion

Prepare documentation for submission to the accounting department

Process and coordinate shipping orders, prepare documentation and monitor deliveries

Prepare, track, and reconcile expense reports for multiple parties within the office, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance and timely submission to Accounting

As well as any other duties assigned by the Director of Maintenance
