Work Schedule: Hybrid (On-site: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | Remote: Wednesday, Friday
Position Summary:
The Project Controls Coordinator II will support capital and maintenance projects within the Liquids Pipeline department. This role focuses on financial and data analysis to ensure project tracking, reporting, and budgeting align with organizational goals. Candidates with demonstrated analytical skills and financial experience will thrive in this environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support new and ongoing capital projects that have been approved.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to inform project decisions.
- Assist in financial tracking, reporting, and forecasting for pipeline projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project financial integrity.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Strong accounting or financial reporting background.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data analysis.
- Experience with Oracle (preferably Oracle Cloud) or other financial/project management software (e.g., EcoSys).
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
